Powers and Abilities

Psychic Sound Manipulation:

The ability to manipulate sound waves made of psychic energy. It is also referred to as, Psycho-Acoustikinesis and/or Psycho-Sonokinesis.

Capabilities:

User can create, shape and manipulate psychic sound, allowing them to scream in their opponent's mind, make them hear voices in their mind, make them feel certain emotions and communicate with them.

Applications:

Communication with others through a basic form of telepathy, regardless of the language they speak.
Emotion Manipulation of feelings, and moods. (Slightly limited to a direct and solid telepathic connection.)
Audible Inundation, meaning, voices and sounds can be created in other's head.
Psychic Sound Attacks, and Basic Constructs. In this case the user can defend themselves utilizing various sounds. They can also construct basic forms of shielding to prevent attacks, or erect mental barriers to avoid intrusions.
Sound Wave Generation. The user can generate and project sound waves.

Limitations:

May be difficult to control.
Users highly adept with the use of a psychic shield may be highly resistant in battle. Those with Sound immunity and/or psychic immunity are impervious.
A rattled emotional imbalance may cause massive mental destruction to either the target or oneself.
Excessive use of abilities may cause the user to collapse or enter a comatose state.

Sonic Scream:

This is the ability to emit highly enhanced screams of a high amplitude.

Capabilities:

User can emit and/or generate extremely powerful screams of a high amplitude for a variety of purposes.

Application:

Enhanced Scream, meaning that while unleashing their vocal chords' full power, the user can blow away objects or break them; if exposed during a prolonged time, hearing loss is imminent.

Limitations:

The user may scream for only as long as they have breath.
Usage often incurs in damage to nearby objects.
Can be rendered utterly useless if gagged by any means.

Her Story

From an early age, Alice had always been uncharacteristically aware of her surroundings, as well as having a keen sense of compassion, almost to an empathic level. However, it wasn't until the manifestation of her mutation that she became fully aware of how they worked~ Said discovery happened while she had been courteously invited to dinner at the request of her family's church Elder. She along with three other youths--two girls, and one boy--had been treated well...until the man began to act inappropriately, wanting to display acts of affection that were heinous in nature. Alice, crying out, whilst trying to defend herself was able to release a palpable wave of sound. This threw her's--and the other children's--captor far away to ensure an escape.

Upon her safe arrival home, the thirteen year old broke the news to her parents.

Coming from a very conservative and religious home, it was very difficult for Alice's father to understand that her abilities were the product of a genetic code long embedded in her as opposed to it being the work of a satanic ruse meant to shake the foundations of their faith.

Mutants were becoming more known, some even going public with their gifts to serve the good of humanity, others however, chose the opposite. In either case, what customs she had grown up around casted such individuals as demonic, resulting in their expulsion from the church. Alice, however, at the (supposedly claimed) merciful behest of her mother was sent away, with what was supposed to be her full inheritance, to a place she had heard of to be a form of sanctuary for others like her daughter. There was hesitance at first, but soon after, the girl made of her new surroundings a home under the delicate tutelage of an individual named Charles Xavier.

Since then, Alice has found comfort in the fact that rather it being a curse, her abilities can be beneficial when put to good use...

Personality Traits [Head Canons]

Alice Spencer is not shy.
Despite the near sexual abuse she almost suffered, Alice enjoys being surrounded by people.
She is often described as being bubbly, this however, does not pale the fact that she does struggle with a certain level of closeness on an intimate level.
On some occasions her dreams may become haunted with memories she has long worked to erase.
As a form of therapy, she enjoys various hobbies, as drawing or shopping.
She does not consider herself to be a certified book worm, but she does enjoy a good story every now and then.
Due to the basic level of empathic abilities she possesses, the girl finds it rather easy to relate to those she comes close to.
Her favorite subject is math.
